Product Introduction
The bottle internal pressure tester is a specialized quality control equipment in the packaging industry designed and manufactured to measure the resistance of PET bottles and glass bottles to internal pressure. By applying controlled hydrostatic pressure, this device allows the evaluation of bottle strength and determination of burst pressure.
With the help of this device, the behavior of the bottle can be simulated in real storage, transportation and tropical conditions. In these conditions, the increase in ambient temperature increases the internal pressure of bottles containing carbonated beverages and in case of weakness in design or production, the probability of bottle bursting increases. Performing this test helps manufacturers to evaluate the resistance of the bottle at different pressures, improve product quality and prevent waste and damage in the distribution chain.
