The glass bottle mouth gauge is a precision quality control device designed to quickly assess the inside dimensions of a glass bottle mouth. Controlling the mouth dimensions is one of the most important steps in the production process, as any deviation from the standard dimensions can cause problems in the blow molding, capping and sealing process of the final bottle.
Measuring the inside of a glass bottle mouth with conventional tools is not only time-consuming, but also increases the possibility of human error.
