Product Introduction
The portable light bag is a specialized quality control equipment in the PET bottle and preform manufacturing industries, designed and manufactured to inspect the texture, uniformity, appearance defects and quality of the preform under standard lighting conditions. This device, using a uniform LED light screen, allows for accurate observation of cracks, bubbles, streaks, foreign particles and other possible defects.
The design of this product as a handbag, the use of an internal battery and a suitable weight allow for easy carrying and use in the laboratory, production hall and quality control lines. Also, the presence of an adjustable light source and focused lights to inspect different parts of the preform increases inspection accuracy and reduces user fatigue in long-term use.
