Device Introduction
The Air Conveyor System is designed to transport empty PET bottles from the blow molding machine to downstream equipment in the production line, such as filling machines, labeling machines, and other packaging systems. Its key advantages include high-speed bottle transfer, maintaining bottle cleanliness throughout the conveying process, and reducing labor requirements, storage space, and production time.
Manufactured by our company, the Air Conveyor System is built using precision laser-cut components, with all structural parts made from AISI 304 stainless steel to ensure excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and hygienic operation. The system features automatic adjustment to accommodate different bottle sizes without the need for complex mechanical modifications.
Bottle conveying speed is controlled by an intelligent automation system utilizing sensors and variable-speed drives (VFDs), providing fully automatic operation. All system parameters, monitoring, and adjustments can be easily managed through a user-friendly touchscreen HMI, ensuring reliable performance and simplified operation in high-speed PET bottling lines.
