Our review
According to the study conducted by this company, there is a test in the standard that determines whether the bottle is formed correctly or not. When the preform is blown in the Bloom Mold machine, if the distribution of the material is not uniform, it will later cause the bottle to burst. In the above test, the bottle is cut from several specific points based on the mold maker’s drawing. These cuts are made with a hot wire. Then it is weighed on a scale and if it is more than the standard, it indicates that the distribution of the material is not correct and this is reported to the Bloom Mold unit.
Our solution
The bottle cutting machine is a device for cutting polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles used in the food industry with standard capacities and various shapes, which are used in quality control laboratories to evaluate their cross-sections. With the help of this device, the bottle is cut from one to four points and then these cut pieces are weighed, as a result of which it is determined how the material distribution in the bottle has been done. Proper distribution of materials in such containers is very important both in terms of storing the materials inside it and in terms of transportation and storage. The cut section can also be evaluated dimensionally and the thickness of the different sections can be examined in this way.

Description
