Industrial Automation
Design and development of the first comprehensive factory information management software in Persian in Iran. This software, called ‘Saman,’ connects to production line hardware and allows users to view a schematic of the factory production line from anywhere in the world. It monitors all maintenance and repair activities and enables reporting on all user activities.

Machine Manufacturing
Design and manufacturing of the Air Conveyor with maximum capacity in Iran. A sample of this device, 100 meters long with a capacity of 30,000 bottles per hour, has been in operation at Cheshmeh Nooshan Khorasan (Alis) since early 2008.
Design and manufacturing of the Shrinker machine for the first time in Iran. This machine is the first continuous overlap shrinker in which under-carton feeding is fully automatic. A sample of this machine was put into operation at Cheshmeh Gilas Toos (Apa Mineral Water) in 2009.
Design and manufacturing of the Malt Beverage Pasteurization Tunnel for the first time in Iran. This 17-meter-long and 5-meter-wide device, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, pasteurizes the malt beverage in 9 stages with water dripping at different temperatures. Mellisa Company began operating this machine in 2012.
Design and manufacturing of the automatic CO₂ volume measurement device for soft drinks for the first time in Iran. Although the components of this device are sourced from top European companies, its cost is only 25% of a European equivalent.
Design and manufacturing of the digital torque meter for the first time in Iran. This device measures and records the torque of bottle cap closures for various bottles.
Design, manufacturing, and supply of testing and quality control devices for PET preforms and bottles, glass bottles, and cans for the first time in Iran.

Conducted a specialized seminar on PET production and packaging in December 2007 at the Food Industry Technology Park in Mashhad.

Developed the Saman Industrial Monitoring Software.
